Terms of Service

Effective date: 5 October 2026

These Terms of Service describe the conditions governing the use of Creative Engine Automations and its connected automation infrastructure.

Creative Engine Automations is private workflow automation infrastructure. It is not offered as a public software-as-a-service platform and does not provide public account registration.

1. Purpose and scope

Creative Engine Automations is used to support authorized creative production, ecommerce, administrative, data-processing, communication, and other legitimate business workflows.

The system may connect authorized third-party services and business tools in order to automate operations and exchange information required for those operations.

2. Authorized use

Access to Creative Engine Automations, its infrastructure, workflows, integrations, credentials, and administrative functions is restricted to authorized users, systems, and services.

The system must not be used for unlawful purposes, unauthorized access, abuse of third-party services, or processing that violates applicable laws, contractual obligations, or the rights of others.

3. Third-party services

Creative Engine Automations may integrate with third-party platforms and services. Use of those services remains subject to the applicable terms, policies, permissions, availability, and technical limitations of the respective service providers.

Authorization of a third-party integration does not transfer ownership or control of the third-party service to Creative Engine Automations.

4. Google services

Where Google services are connected, access is provided through authorization granted using Google OAuth and is limited by the permissions granted to the application.

Use of information received through Google APIs is also governed by the privacy commitments described in the Creative Engine Automations Privacy Policy and applicable Google API policies.

5. Business and customer information

Authorized workflows may process business, order, customer, fulfillment, communication, or other operational information where reasonably necessary for legitimate business functions.

Personal information is handled according to the Creative Engine Automations Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.

6. Availability and changes

Workflows, integrations, infrastructure, and functionality may be changed, suspended, replaced, or discontinued where necessary for operational, security, technical, legal, or business reasons.

Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed, particularly where functionality depends on third-party platforms, APIs, networks, or other external systems.

7. Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect the system and its connected services. Credentials, access tokens, and other authentication mechanisms must only be used for their authorized purpose and must not knowingly be disclosed to unauthorized parties.

8. Compliance

Creative Engine Automations is intended to be operated in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, contractual requirements, and relevant third-party service policies.

9. Privacy

Information processing associated with Creative Engine Automations is described in the Creative Engine Automations Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated when the system, business operations, connected services, or applicable requirements change. The effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
